To facilitate the operation, on the official YouTube channel of the 2025 Jubilee - iubilaeum2025 - two video tutorials are available which explain in detail the registration procedure.
Tutorial on how to register a group for a pilgrimage to the Holy Doors
FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 60 PEOPLE
It is now possible to register pilgrimages on the Jubilee website, from the Reserved Area , indicating the date and time of the pilgrimage. It should be noted that pilgrims already registered for major events will be able to pass through the Holy Door directly on those days without the need for further registration.
FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 60 PEOPLE
Please note that in order to finalize the booking, for groups of more than 60 people, as the event approaches, the contact person must send to the address:
a list with the names of all participants. The Dicastery will insert these names as being registered for the Jubilee pilgrimage. For now, all that is required is that the Dicastery be informed of the date and the expected number of pilgrims.
The person who acts as group leader must, however, register personally on the portal on the Jubilee website, at the link https://register.iubilaeum2025.va/user , in order to obtain an official QR code, and, for the pilgrimage to the Holy Door, book as an individual for the desired time slot ( https://register.iubilaeum2025.va/pilgrimages ). Only in this way will it be possible for the Dicastery to link the names of participants to the reservation already made. Once the registration has been completed, it will be possible to use the Pilgrim's Card of the group leader for the entire group.
Click here to download the form to fill in with the names of all those who will take part in the pilgrimage: simply enter the name and surname of each participant, adding, in the case of pilgrims with disabilities, an "X" in the corresponding box; if a disability is not among those listed, this can be added in the "Other" box.
