Battistoni for the Jubilee 2025
On 29 November, at 6.30 pm, in the splendid setting of Palazzo della Porta Negroni Caffarilli in Rome, the "Battistoni per il Giubileo 2025" collection was presented.
The historic Roman high fashion house wanted to donate to the Dicastery for Evangelization a private, limited-edition collection of ties and scarves to be used for the most important Jubilee events.
“We are happy to have had the opportunity to make a gesture in support for the Jubilee” said the CEO of Battistoni, Dr Francesco Capodiferro. “We worked carefully on the manufacture of these pieces, not only searching out a top-quality fabric but also creating the unique design, which brings together the unmistakable style of Battistoni and the lines of the Jubilee logo.”
The Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization, Archbishop Rino Fisichella said. “It is always a pleasure to receive the gift of genuine works of art. Battistoni represents a tradition of Roman excellence and is part of the artisan tradition of Rome. The brand is appreciated across the world for its originality and the quality of their products. We accept this gift, recognizing the spirit and charitable commitment that Battistoni has demonstrated, by committing to donate part of the proceeds of the second Jubilee Collection of products to support the poorest and most needy."
This ‘second collection’ of products inspired by the 2025 Jubilee will be created for sale to the public, and the proceeds will be partly donated for the charitable works of the Jubilee.
