Jubilee 2025: A protocol of understanding has been signed for the recognition and promotion of cultural patrimony with a religious theme

At an institutional level, work is continuing in preparation for the Holy Year 2025. Yesterday the Italian Government’s Minister for Tourism, Daniela Santanché, the Government Commissioner for #Jubilee2025, Roberto Gualtieri, and the Pro-Prefect of the Dicastery for Evangelization, Archbishop Rino Fisichella, signed a Protocol of understanding for the co-ordination of various initiatives linked to the upcoming Holy Year.

The agreement foresees collaboration between the Italian Government and the Holy See in setting up a series of projects to promote better appreciation of cultural and natural elements with a religious theme.
