Over 10,000 people have registered for the Jubilee events, from over 90 countries.

The Jubilee of Bands and Popular Entertainment will involve more than 13,000 participants, mostly from Italy, but there will also be numerous groups from the United States, Malta, Poland, Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, and Argentina.

On Saturday 10 May, from 8am to 6pm, participants will take part in pilgrimages to the Holy Door of St. Peter's Basilica. From 4pm to 7pm large-scale band concerts will take place across 31 piazzas in the center of Rome, with performances by over 100 bands and groups from all over the world. All the concerts are free. A list of performances, locations, start times, and bands taking part, can be found on the official Jubilee website and on the Iubilaeum25 app.

On Sunday 11 May, in Piazza Cavour, Mass will be celebrated at 10am presided over by Archbishop Rino Fisichella, who is in charge of organizing the 2025 Jubilee. Entry to the Piazza will be from 8am and no tickets are required. At the end of the Mass, the pilgrims will proceed in procession to St Peter’s Square, playing their own musical instruments and wearing their uniforms. Along the way, the bands will play a selection of songs as they walk in pilgrimage towards the square.
