Frassati in Rome, the future saint’s coffin at Santa Maria Sopra Minerva from July 26 to September 7

On July 26, as part of the Jubilee of Youth, the coffin with the remains of Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati will be transferred from the Cathedral of St John the Baptist, in Turin, to the Basilica of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva in Rome.

The coffin will remain there until Sunday, September 7 for the veneration of the faithful. On September 7 the Canonization Mass of the young man from Turin and of Blessed Carlo Acutis will be held in St. Peter's Square.
